How do I book a class?

Do you offer spin shoe rentals?
Yes, you can rent spin shoes for $2.00
Can I bring my own spin shoes?
Yes, our bikes are SPD compatible.
Can I ride in my tennis shoes?
Yes, you can.
How early should I arrive to class?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class to ensure you’re set up for the ride.
What is the cancellation policy for classes I’ve signed up for?
If you cancel within 6 hours of the class, there is a cancellation fee. If you cancel more than 6 hours in advance, there is no fee.
What happens if I don’t cancel within the 6-hour cancellation window?
Premier and ultimate members will be charged $12, while basic, elite and class pack members will lose their credit.
What is your cancellation policy for the month-to-month memberships?
To cancel a monthly membership, the client must email ohsomanaged@gmail.com or come to the studio in‐person at least 30 days prior to their next scheduled autopayment to notify Oh‐So Cycle staff that they wish to cancel and to fill out paperwork to break their contract. Cancellations cannot be processed over the phone, nor text message. If a cancellation is requested after an autopayment has been processed, the payment is non‐refundable. If your billing date falls within 30 days of you requesting cancellation, you will be billed again. Oh‐So Cycle’s cancellation policy is strictly enforced.
Do you have a locker room/ shower facilities?
We do not have a locker room/shower facilities. We have two large restrooms with plenty of space to change clothing if needed. There are small lockers available in the lobby. If you would like any large items stored, please ask the front desk to hold onto them.
