MEET THE TEAM

Risa Snapp, Owner, Instructor

My work in the fitness industry started at the Little Bob where I was employed as a personal trainer during my college years. Upon graduation I pursued a career in corporate fitness, advancing in time to the position of program manager in charge of multiple sites. Meanwhile, dance has been my avocation and side hustle through the years. In addition to teaching, performing, consulting, and judging competitions, I served as head coach of the University of Delaware National Championship Dance Team for six years.

When fitness expertise and dance energy collide, music drives the classes! Come check out a class with me and feel the music through the bike!

Erica Hicks, Owner, Instructor

As co-owner of the new Oh-So Cycle, I bring my dual background in business and fitness to a crossroads where I aim to provide members with a first class experience. I am a certified and experienced personal trainer, health coach, cycling instructor, and corporate fitness specialist. With a degree in marketing under my belt, I honed my skills as a sales manager and social media consultant at the hotel owned and operated by my family.

When I’m not Oh-So cycling, I spend quality time with my loving husband Kyle and our oh so amazing dog Kona.

Allie Wells, Cycling Instructor

I’m a 2020 UD grad now working as a cardiac nurse. I fell in love with Oh-so when I was in college and have stuck around ever since! Oh-so is more than a workout to me; it’s a community filled with some incredible people, good energy and great music. My goal for you is to leave my classes feeling stronger and more empowered than you did when you walked in. Come sweat, dance, sing and have some fun- hope to see you in the saddle soon!

Rayne Pucci, Cycling Instructor

As an Oh-So Cycle instructor, my goal is to make everybody on the bike feel their best both mentally and physically. I’m here to help you acknowledge when to challenge yourself, but also when to scale back and listen to your body. Any workout is a good workout. So, meet me on the bike to listen to some good music, push our limits, sweat, and most importantly, have fun!

Abby Vanderloo, Cycling Instructor

When I took my first cycling class, I wasn't in the best place mentally, but I knew I needed a change. That's when I discovered Oh-So Cycle. It was love at first ride. By May 2022, my passion for cycling led me to transition from rider to instructor. My top priority as an instructor is to help you feel accomplished and proud by the end of every ride. I design each session with your abilities and preferences in mind, blending HIIT, sprints, and a short upper-body workout, but my favorite part is always the hill climbs. Remember: 'Don’t stop until you’re proud!’

Jacki Piha, Cycling Instructor

After needing a change of pace from my regular workouts, I took my first cycling class more than seven years ago and was instantly hooked. Before moving to Delaware, I taught cycling at some of the best studios in Philadelphia. Music is the most important part of my classes, which are sure to challenge you both mentally and physically. Whether I’m playing hip hop, pop, reggae, or classic rock, you can be assured that the music will dictate the ride. Above all else, it is important to me that riders of all fitness levels feel comfortable and ultimately successful at the end of every ride.

Pamela Piersante, Cycling Instructor

After graduating from UD in 2010 I pursued a professional dance career in NYC. That’s where I fell in love with fitness, teaching group classes, and cycling. I also taught spin classes while attending graduate school at Temple University. I currently work full-time as a physical therapist working primarily with the geriatric and neurological populations. My favorite part of my job as both a physical therapist and a fitness instructor is making people feel strong, capable, and proud. I am so excited to get back on the bike and rock out with you all!
